XCOR LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE, ADDS XCOR SCIENCE AS A NEW SUB-BRAND WITHIN THE COMPANY

Mojave, CA, July 22, 2015 –XCOR today announced the redesign and re-launch of its flagship domain, XCOR.com.

The new site at XCOR.com includes each of the three XCOR brands in one space: XCOR Aerospace, manufacturer of XCOR Lynx spacecraft and rocket engines; XCOR Space Expeditions, offering Lynx ticket sales and Lynx astronaut trainings; and XCOR Science, the newest division of the company.

SXC Trainings Missions

Last week, beginning on the 12th of March 2012 our first astronaut training missions took place in Soesterberg and Eelde in The Netherlands. We did trainings in the unique Desdemona simulator and in the L-39 Albatross Jet.

Medical partner Wings of Care

In order to maximize safety and comfort for our Future Astronauts solid medical support is essential. Therefore, in february 2012 SXC has selected the team of Wings of Care to form the independent medical advisory board and provide support for SXC and the Future Astronauts throughout the screening, training and spaceflight phases. Wings of care, a Dutch organization with aerospace medical expertise, has developed a tailor made procedure to conduct the medical screening for SXC.

LUMI-NOX GOES TO SPACE

BASEL, March 5, 2012 – Luminox, the watch brand that pioneered the use of self-powered illumination in timepieces, is announcing a partnership with commercial spaceliner SXC during Baselworld, from March 8 to March 15, 2012. Luminox watches have been requested and supplied to a long list of special forces that work in the SEA, AIR and LAND, and now adds a 4th dimension – SPACE. Luminox has been part of the Essential Gear by U.S. Navy SEALs, U.S. Air Force Stealth Pilots, SWAT teams, Police and rescue organizations around the world, and Underwater explorers, and now will be worn by the Astronauts (and passengers) of the SXC Spaceships as a new series of special timepieces are being developed that can withstand the incredible G-Forces and weightlessness encountered in spaceflights.

From the island of Curacao we will offer our clients, co-pilot astronauts as we call them, a unique experience in which they will experience breaking the soundbarrier, G-Forces, weightlessness and eventually, at an altitude of 103 km, to see the world from Space. Up there in the dark, we felt our crew would need a special, yet to be developed watch. The technical knowledge of Luminox, combined with their ambition and spirit of adventure, proved them to be the perfect partner for us. They are the brand that can offer Essential Gear to our Astronauts."

SXC sells first ticket into space in Germany

BERLIN, 29 February 2012 – Today, Space Expedition Curacao announces a unique cooperation with, among others, Henning Richard Haltinner, private concierge & luxury lifestyle expert; one of the first German agents to be selling tickets for SXC. And the first German ticket has already been sold! Dr. Jos Gal, dentist, consultant and founder of Germany's first five-star dentist practice, is the first German to that has joined our Founder Astronaut programme and will be flying into space with SXC as of 2014.

Ticket sales
April 2011, SXC started selling trips into space and has sold 50 tickets since. A ticket costs USD 95.000,- and the first flight is to take place in 2014. Expectations for German ticket sales are great. By adding Henning Richard Haltinner to the list of official resellers, space travel has become within reach for Germans too. Henning Richard Haltinner: "I am thrilled to be one of the first German agent to sell SXC's life-changing experience. Like SXC, my company is targeted at the top segment of consumers.
